Well, this one hit the internet hard. I am well aware that the standard word of choice when it comes to a fitness plan is to use regimen, not regime. However, Lola is a canine and she sometimes uses words in the incorrect context – I play along to appease her. Additionally, she tends to lean towards words that are dictatorial in nature, due to her desire to become the English Bulldog overlord to the human population. It’s important to have life goals.
