The dance we all do…

Dusk gently descends,
bringing quiet to the world.
Then the dance begins.

Doors are thrown open,
work-weary faces appear.
Trash bins roll curbside.

Neither rain nor snow,
nor a Netflix marathon,
can halt this routine.
