Every time I watch Willy Wonka I am left pondering which chocolate is the most delicious.
Kid Heather would have chosen milk chocolate as her favorite, as commemorated by the years of birthday cakes that all looked the same. Adult Heather prefers dark chocolate. Kid Heather didn’t particularly care about nuts in her chocolate, preferring the riced cereal versions more. Adult Heather loves finding almonds or walnuts inside chocolate and will then claim all of the goodies for herself. White chocolate has always been a bit of a red-headed stepchild –
The least favorite and only eaten in times of emergency.
