I would love to be asked to do product reviews on this website.

I love Twinkies, Spam, English Bulldogs (send me another one of those and your shit will get peddled on my blog FOR FREE!) and anything involving cheese, but not goat.

I also enjoy books, baby gear (to keep those Littles from become a waste of oxygen as adults) and reality tv (but only Bravo, keep it classy).

I love Seinfeld with such passion that it is possible I could recite the entire series front to back (not to mention my memorization of The Big Bang Theory).

So today I decided to stroll around the world-wide web and see which bloggers are peddling free stuff they get to keep after blogging about it. I realized that I already peddle my favorite things just by talking about them.

A cartoon green alligator with his arms crossed over his chest and his eyebrows raised. The sarcastic caption above him reads "What were you thinking?!"Now people are going to send me stuff I don’t want.

Hey, I don’t want a triple stroller to hold all my infants in when we go outside every day. I like having to strap one onto my body and push two chunky Littles in the stroller at the same time. And by the way, I really don’t want a triple stroller where two are in back and one is in front center so that I can still fit through a standard doorway while holding the door open on my own. Really, I don’t want it.

  1. I do the same. I blog about things I’ve bought, places we’ve been etc that I’ve paid for out of my own money. I can’t see why it’s a big deal. I’m always a bit gobsmacked when people say they won’t feature products / services on their blogs that are “low value”. (Whatever that means).

  2. I don’t see the harm. I get offered something I want for free to review it and I’ll do it. I go somewhere I liked that I paid for I’ll review it too. As long as you are happy doing what you’re doing it’s all that matters #bloggerclubuk

  3. I have never explored the sponsored post side of blogging – it just doesn’t interest me. I’ll admit when I’ve got the odd email I’ve been fleetingly tempted. But I would prefer to review something which is relevant to me…which I would do anyway in passing. Plus I try and avoid having stuff for the sake of it so reviewing things wouldn’t help. I don’t mind people who do review of course, but it’s not for me.

Hope you get that buggy soon 😉 #fortheloveofBLOG

  4. We all blog about things for different reasons, I quite like the product review side of bloggings as it’s free stuff for me and my daughter, but I don’t just accept all the crap. Everybody’s blog is different, and everyone has different reasons for blogging. As long as you’re enjoying it, then that’s the most important factor. Thanks for linking up at #fortheloveofBLOG. 1. I agree! I like reading reviews that other people post on their blog but I can never figure out how to incorporate it into my own. And the things I would want to review are things I don’t think people want me to review. I would basically just end up reviewing cookies.
