The zoo is full of adorable animals. Large, slightly scary animals, but adorable nonetheless. I used to visit the zoo and try to figure out how I could bring an elephant home. I never worried about hiding the elephant from my parents, Clifford the Big Red Dog assured me that my parents would accept a ridiculously sized pet. I mostly worried about who was picking up the poop. I was in charge of picking up after my dog, and I couldn’t imagine being strong enough, or coordinated enough, to pick up elephant poo without getting myself dirty.

I still regret not asking for an elephant for my birthday.
