This week Lola and I wanted to highlight the many animal rescues and shelters who are working to find loving homes for the animals who come to them. This is Cookie, who has been fostering with the mighty Apollo while she waits for her permanent home. Consider helping out by fostering if you can, or by donating supplies or money. Call your local rescues and see what supplies they need – you’d be surprised by how many odds and ends you’ve collected that can be used for the animals.
