This will be the easiest recipe I’ve done on here. Well, almost. I do have another one in mind that took me 5 minutes to get into the oven. Still, this spaghetti casserole is pretty simple. Hubster complains about the frequency with which I serve him spaghetti so I’ve had to get clever about making it different.
Yet still the same, because spaghetti is the best!

Spaghetti Casserole
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces dry spaghetti
1 jar of store-bought tomato sauce of your choosing OR 24 ounces of homemade spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
16 ounces fresh mozzarella (not shredded)
UTENSILS NEEDED
Pot
13 x 9 casserole dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
Brown ground beef in pot, adding garlic, onion, and pepper to the meat. Drain grease when done.
Combine spaghetti, sauce, and ground beef in casserole dish and spread evenly.
Top with fresh mozzarella.
Bake until mozzarella bubbles and begins turning brown.
Superhero Tip: I like to add my homemade meatballs instead of using ground beef.
Second Superhero Tip: Add diced carrots and bell peppers for an even healthier twist on this dish!
